The annual Mother's Day Tea and Program for grades PreK-3rd. I always have to try to hold it together without bawling.
Where I was at waiting at Wilson and O'brien waiting (for a LONG time) to turn left to pick up the kids at the bus stop.
Alana and I went to Wal-market to buy tubs for John, who was on (another) organizing streak. We bought a bunch of them in the morning (our first trip), but didn't get suitable ones, so we came back in the eveing to try again. We could hardly put all twelve of the totes in the cart, but we struggled together and managed. When we got home, we realized we had bought three lids that didn't fit on the totes. Grr! Now I have to return and exchange those!
Levi woke up in the night early Monday morning throwing up. It's always a bit scary with his diabetes, so we called the doctor to figure out how much insulin to give, etc. Thankfully he only threw up once and we managed his numbers fairly well. He stayed home from school on Monday.
While Dave and Nate are in Congo, I subbed for Nate. Math!! Ugh! Thankfully, I had Cass come by and say hi every now and again.
