Party Decoration

Here's an easy party decoration to make. I just stapled triangles cut out of patterned paper to yarn and hung it up. Kids can easily help.

My Mom and I took the kids for one last hurrah to Grand Haven on Saturday (since it still felt like summer). We didn't anticipate the sun setting so soon, but we got some fun pictures anyway.

Teamwork

I told my kids I'd pay them a penny for every tentworm they found and destroyed. Didn't realize the value of a penny, apparently! All three kids, plus two neighbor kids, went to great lengths to get the tents out of the trees! It was great to see them working together (instead of all arguing for a change...).

Last beach excursion...
